Our manufacturing capabilities include carbon steel (CS), carbon steel with low temperature (LTCS), mild steel (MS), and stainless steel (SS) of various grades. We undertake projects involving the construction of petroleum tankages, liquid terminals, piping systems, structural components, civil works, cross-country pipelines, gantries, loading arms, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, silos, columns, storage tanks, reaction vessels, mounded bullets, and separators, catering to industries such as fertilizers, petrochemicals, oil refineries, power generation, paper production, mining, cement, dyes and chemicals, and rayon. Our esteemed clientele includes major oil and gas public sector undertakings such as GAIL, HPCL, BPCL, IOCL, Toyo, BGR Energy, Aquatech, Tata, Nuclear Power Corporation of India, Linde, and L&T Energy Hydrocarbon, among others, both at our facility and on customer sites.

Our company has received approval from various engineering consultants, including EIL, TECHNIP, TOYO, TECHNIMONT, TKIS, PDIL, DNV, TUV and AKPG (Aker Kvaerner Power Gas), in addition to regulatory bodies such as the Chief Controller of Explosives (CCOE/PESO), RDSO and the Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR). We also engage reputable third-party inspection agencies, including Lloyds Register, BVQI, and TUV, to conduct thorough inspections of our work.

We have received authorization from ASME for ‘U’ stamp vessel fabrication in accordance with ASME, under the oversight of Lloyds Register Insurance Inc., which serves as the Authorized Inspection Agency. To ensure the highest quality standards, we consistently adhere to the quality manual sanctioned by ASME for all vessels manufactured in our facility, regardless of whether a code stamp is requested by the customer.
